From time to time, Pink Lily may offer giveaways on its official third-party social media pages and advertising placements, such as Instagram and Facebook (collectively, the "Social Media Sites"), and/or on its website (www.pinklily.com). Each such giveaway is referred to as a "Giveaway." The social media post, lead advertisement, or landing page setting forth the method of entry for a Giveaway is referred to as the "Giveaway Post." Please read these Official Rules before entering a Pink Lily Giveaway. You agree that, by submitting an entry to a Giveaway, you will be bound by these Official Rules and any rules on the Giveaway Post, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Giveaway eligibility requirements. Giveaways are created and sponsored by Pink Lily, 472 Century Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42101 ("Sponsor"). By participating in a Giveaway, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Pink Lily website, which are available at https://pinklily.com/policies/terms-of-service, incorporated herein by reference, and that your participation will be governed by, and you shall abide by, all of the rules outlined herein.

Eligibility

Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: current or former (within the immediately preceding 12 months) employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Pink Lily; anyone involved in the administration of the Giveaway; and any member of the immediate family (i.e., a parent, sibling, child, or grandchild) or household of any of the foregoing individuals.

Giveaway Period

This Giveaway begins on October 7, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the entry form via the Pink Lily lead advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, during the Entry Period, providing your first name and a valid email address (the "Entry"). By submitting an Entry, you will be subscribed to Pink Lily marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Providing a mobile phone number and opting in to Pink Lily SMS messages is optional and is not required to enter or win. If you choose to opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Pink Lily at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of entry or purchase. Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period. Entries in excess of this limit will be disqualified.

To preserve the integrity of the Giveaway, Pink Lily may ask for additional information, which will be used for fraud prevention.

Late, incomplete, and/or inaccurate Entries and Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Any form of automated entry, including by the use of macros, scripts, or bots, will be disqualified. By entering, each person who participates (each a "Participant") agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Pink Lily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and/or not accept any Entry that Pink Lily determines does not or is likely not to comply with these Official Rules.

By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following (the "Prize"):

•         One (1) $250 Pink Lily e-gift card; and

•         One (1) blanket of the winner's choice from Pink Lily's available blanket inventory at the time of prize fulfillment (approximate retail value up to $72 subject to availability.

The total approximate retail value of the Prize is up to $322. There will be one (1) winner and no other prizes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

Participant is solely responsible for payment of any and all federal, state, or local taxes as a result of winning the Prize. Prizes valued at $2,000 or more must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service; if applicable, the winner may be required to submit a Social Security number or taxpayer ID and complete a prize validation form in order to claim the Prize, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture. Winner should consult a tax professional regarding their particular situation.

No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at Pink Lily's sole discretion. The Prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift card prizes are subject to the terms and conditions delivered with the gift card. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses related to the Prize not specifically mentioned herein. Pink Lily reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) with a gift card or other prize of equal or greater value, including if the winner's selected blanket is unavailable.

The Prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Grant of Rights

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees, where imposing such condition is legal, to grant Pink Lily and its designees the irrevocable, royalty-free right to publish, disseminate, and use the winner's name and city and state of residence without further notice, permission, or consideration, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats now known or hereafter invented, in connection with the execution and promotion of the Giveaway, and will confirm consent to such use in writing upon request.

Selecting and Notifying the Winner

The winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period, on or about November 3, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Limit one prize per person.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address (or, if provided, the mobile phone number) submitted with their Entry and must respond within two (2) business days of notification to claim the Prize. If a potential winner does not respond within that time, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible Entries.

Pink Lily shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to emails being sent to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or due to a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry, as registered with the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

No more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical or other errors occur in the selection of a potential winner, Pink Lily may award the Prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Terms

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the Giveaway is void where prohibited. Pink Lily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Pink Lily may select the winner from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Pink Lily. Pink Lily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or who violates these Official Rules. Pink Lily is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or delayed Entries, or for technical or human errors or failures of any kind in connection with the submission, transmission, processing, or selection of Entries or the winning Entry, including without limitation any malfunctions or failures of computer hardware, computer software, networks, or telephone equipment, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.

Caution: Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Pink Lily reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. Pink Lily is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of the Prize. Pink Lily shall not be responsible for retaining copies of any Entry.

These Official Rules set forth the entire agreement and understanding between Pink Lily and Participant concerning the subject matter hereof and merge and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind between them. Participant shall be deemed an independent contractor, and nothing contained herein shall constitute this arrangement to be employment, a joint venture, or a partnership. Pink Lily's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision contained herein. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein. The titles of sections of these Official Rules are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal effect. The word "including" is used in these Official Rules to mean "including but not limited to." Pink Lily may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Pink Lily and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Sponsor Parties") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Participant's participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to any loss or damage to any Entry; (iii) the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of Entries, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain liability limitations or waivers. If any court determines the law of such a jurisdiction applies, the Sponsor Parties' liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

All Decisions Final

All decisions of Pink Lily and the Sponsor Parties are final and binding in all respects.

Disputes

THE GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved in arbitration individually and without resort to collective, class, or aggregate action, as set forth in the Terms of Service of the pinklily.com website. By submitting an Entry, each Participant irrevocably waives, to the greatest extent allowed by law, any right to seek and/or obtain rescission and/or equitable and/or injunctive relief. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Giveaway), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, IN NO EVENT WILL PINK LILY OR THE SPONSOR PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST CAPITAL, OR OVERHEAD, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Miscellaneous

The winner agrees that, by participating in the Giveaway, Pink Lily may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner's list, except where prohibited by law, and Pink Lily may be required to disclose the winner's address to state regulatory authorities.

Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form, whether via a Meta lead advertisement on Facebook or Instagram or via pinklily.com, will be collected by Pink Lily and used in accordance with the Pink Lily Privacy Policy (https://pinklily.com/policies/privacy-policy), including to administer the Giveaway and to send marketing communications to entrants who have subscribed or opted in. Information submitted through a Social Media Site is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy with respect to the platform's handling of such information.

Name of Winner

For the name of the winner, which will be available two weeks after the Giveaway has ended, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked "Pink Lily Christmas Giveaway – October 2026" to Pink Lily, 472 Century Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42101.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third-party social media site (the "Social Media Sites"). By entering, each Participant releases the Social Media Sites and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Social Media Sites Parties") from any and all liability, and in no instance shall the Social Media Sites Parties be liable for any disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.
