"I ordered these from a link my daughter-in-law sent for her Mother's Day gift from me and didn't know that I had to make any changes for the size or it would default to the smallest size, a 6. I was not looking for a refund, just an exchange for the correct size. NO ONE who sells shoes on line should refuse an exchange for a different size."
