"This was my first time purchasing from this store. I saw Krista Horton wearing the boots and thought they looked really cute, so I decided to order two pairs. I even sized up, planning to wear them with thick socks, but they still fit too small. More importantly, the quality was very disappointing. The boots looked cute from afar, but up close they felt cheaply made and poorly constructed — it honestly seemed like they might fall apart after just a few wears. To make things worse, I had to pay a return fee, which I don’t think is fair given the quality issues. Overall, I was really disappointed with both the product and the return process, and I don’t plan to purchase from this company again."
