You can make it work, but runs small.
"This is a really cute dress. The material is smooth, it has no give, and no zipper closure. I am 5’2, 121lbs, small chested, hourglass shape ( I carry most of my weight on my hips. ) pant size I am a 26 and some brands I wear a 27/28 depending on if there is stretch to the denim. I ordered a medium and the top part is big on me but not so much that it looks terrible. The mid section is small and the fabric has no give, so I’m not sure if a small would be any better. I plan to keep it to wear with a sweater over it, or I can put a belt around my waist and cinch it. I bought it when it was a doorbuster for $15 so it was worth the money."
Amazing dress/I had to size up
"I love this dress, it could fit a little better in the waist, but it is still beautiful. I normally wear a small, but since there is no zipper and it does not stretch at all, I couldn't get it over my butt or my shoulders in a small. I am an athletic 5'5" tall 140lbs. 32G bra, 25" waist, 36" hips. I wear a small in my tops and a size 3-5 in my bottoms or a size 4 in women's. I recommend sizing up if you are shapely."
