"I never received my order, Pink Lily shipped with a carrier that doesn’t deliver to my area (they should’ve looked into that before shipping) I received a tracking notification that my order delivered when it actually delivered back to Pink Lily. I’ve reached out to them multiple times about my order and they just keep telling me incorrect information & making excuses, it’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order and I’ve yet to receive my order or a refund. And this is not the first time I’ve had shipping issues with them. I love their products but I think I’m done with them, tired of their lack of customer service. Order at your own risk."
