How do I return an item?
• Monogrammed items, Accessories, Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Leggings, Jeggings, Koozies, Coolers, Sunglasses, Super Deals, Discounts of 25% off or more, Flash Sales and Clearance Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit. All Holiday Items are Final Sale.
* ALL MONOGRAM ORDERS ARE CUSTOMIZED ITEMS AND MAY TAKE 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE. ALL ORDERS INCLUDING MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT ACCORDING TO THE 10-15 BUSINESS DAY POLICY BECAUSE THEY DO INCLUDE A MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED ITEM. MONOGRAMMED ITEMS MAY ALSO SHIP SEPARATELY FROM THE REST OF YOUR ORDER IF NEEDED AT THE DESCRETION OF THE PINK LILY BOUTIQUE.
• Items MUST still have tags on them. No exceptions. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box to protect it. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels on them we will not allow them back. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. Shoe boxes cannot be damaged or they will not qualify for a return.
• Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.
• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 14 days of delivery for the amount paid for the product. Store credit is applied for item only, not shipping and handling since that service was used.
• A store credit will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Please include the original invoice when returning an item.
• Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and buyer will pay return shipping in each case.
• If an order is placed prior to receiving the store credit email, we can not refund for that amount. You do need to wait until the store credit is applied to your account to place the order to use this credit.
• If you place an order and do not select to use your store credit, we can not go in and apply it after the fact. We have no way of doing so. If you have any issues with your credit then please email email@example.com before placing the order.
• If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to call and pay a return shipping charge of $5.
We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS
• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/ defect with your email.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
• Standard Shipping within Continental United States is $7.50, Shoes of any type are $10 shipping.
• Free Shipping on orders over $99 in the U.S. This does exclude Hawaii and Alaska which is a flat rate of $8.95. Canada shipping prices are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries ship UPS and do vary.
• All UPS orders placed by 12 p.m. CST ship out the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship out the following day. Our UPS contract does not include Saturday delivery. Next day air would be delivered the next business day. 2nd day air would be delivered within 2 business days. (ALL OTHER SHIPPING METHODS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48-72 BUSINESS HOURS THROUGH USPS.)
*** UPS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can not be shipped to a PO BOX. If you choose this and do enter a PO Box we will have to ship it regular USPS Priority Mail International. ***
• The Pink Lily Boutique is not responsible for delays with UPS shipping.
• The Pink Lily Boutique is not responsible for international Duties or Customs charges.
• The Pink Lily Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
• The Pink Lily Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
• Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process the store credit.
**If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit can not be applied to this new order that is placed. Credit will have to then be used for future purchases.
• Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Exceptions.
UPS Cutoff Time to Ship Same Day is 12 P.M CST. All orders placed after this time will ship the following day.
UPS 3rd Day - Delivered in 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day - Delivered in 2 business days
UPS Next Day - Delivered in 1 business day.
